| Term | Controlled definition | Canonical source | Claim |
|---|---|---|---|

| **BOP administrative remedy** | The federal Bureau of Prisons review process in 28 C.F.R. part 542; it is an agency path and does not itself decide every judicial exhaustion question. | [Administrative Remedies And Judicial Review](https://jason93.com/legal/federal-process/modules/80-sentence-execution-and-bop/administrative-remedies-and-judicial-review.md) | `CLM-BOPAR-001` |

## Use rule

When a term has different meanings across statutes, rules, circuits, or postures, use the exact governing source and full phrase rather than this shorthand. Terms marked by a module-level control require proposition-level research before being used as law.
