Service
This service provides conversational text messages between approved participants. Enrollment does not guarantee access or immediate messaging.
Consent
By enrolling, you consent to receive recurring conversational SMS messages at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
Inmate account setup
Sponsors may use the BOP register-number lookup to identify an inmate before account setup. A lookup result is informational and must be confirmed by the sponsor. Payment and service activation are completed separately.
Opting out
Reply STOP to end messages from this number. Reply HELP for assistance. You may re-enroll only after your request is reviewed and approved.
Appropriate use
Do not use this service for emergencies, threats, unlawful activity, harassment, or sharing another person's private information without permission. Access may be suspended when necessary to protect participants or comply with provider requirements.
